Accompagnati dalle nostre guide autorizzate, procederete in un percorso di river trekking all’interno del canyon, attraversando anche delle magnifiche cascate. Una breve camminata lungo un percorso sterrato vi condurrà sulle sponde del fiume, dove indosserete una salopette fluviale con gli stivali, per proteggervi dalla temperatura dell’acqua, che raggiunge i 9° gradi centigradi, e inizierete il trekking camminando dentro l’alveo del fiume.

I crateri sommitali rappresentano l’area principale dell’attività vulcanica: si tratta infatti di un suggestivo luogo d’incontro con le forze della natura, capaci di creare un territorio unico e affascinante, soggetto a costanti modifiche morfologiche.
Infatti, la persistente attività fumarolica dell’Etna, che ad intervalli di tempo più o meno regolari sfocia in eventi esplosivi di varie tipologie ed energie, trasforma continuamente la parte più alta del vulcano.
Il nostro tour vi porterà fino alla quota di 3000 metri, alla scoperta di uno dei luoghi più estremi e seducenti del continente europeo.
In funivia o in 4×4, dipendendo dall’ attività vulcanica in atto al momento della visita, risaliremo fino alla base dei crateri sommitali, dove camminerete intorno ai crateri ancora caldi e fumanti.
Da qui, si potranno ammirare da vicino i crateri più attivi del vulcano, nonché una magnifica vista sul Mediterraneo e la splendida costa ionica, che si scorge nelle giornate più limpide.

In fact, the persistent fumarole activity of Etna, which at more or less regular intervals of time leads to explosive events of various types and energies, continuously transforms the highest part of the volcano.
Our tour will take you up to the altitude of 3000 meters, to discover one of the most extreme and seductive places on the European continent.
By cableway or 4 × 4, depending on the volcanic activity in progress at the time of the visit, we will climb up to the base of the summit craters, where you will walk around the still warm and smoking craters.
From here, you can admire the most active craters of the volcano, as well as a magnificent view of the Mediterranean and the splendid Ionian coast, which can be seen on clear days.
Besides being a perfect spot to admire the eruption in case of activity, this point is ideal to understand the functioning of the volcano Etna and to know its history.
